If you’ve made it this far in your venue search and find The Glade is everything you imagined, why wait to secure your special date?
With our same day booking process, you can lock in your chosen date before you even leave the parking lot. This streamlined approach ensures you don’t lose out on your preferred date due to someone else snapping it up in the interim. This has happened before, and we aren't even open yet.
How The Same Day Booking Process Works
Booking your wedding at The Glade Venue is quick, easy, and clear. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Email Your Date
After your tour, simply email your desired wedding date to info@thegladevenue.com. You can do this from the parking lot before you head home! Submitting this date via email allows us to track who requested the date first and ensures fairness in the booking process.
Step 2: Provide Your Information
Next, answer a few key questions via email to help us draft the contract:
Provide full names (including the bride and groom).
Indicate who will be the primary person responsible for the contract. To maintain clarity and accountability, this needs to be either the bride or groom.
Step 3: Review and Sign the Contract
Once we have your details, we’ll email the contract for your review and signature. We’ll place a 14-day soft hold on your requested date so that you have time to review, sign, and return the contract along with the date reservation fee. Please note, this reservation fee is included in the total venue rental fee.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
After we receive the signed contract and your date reservation fee, your date will officially be removed from our website calendar. It’s yours! From there, future payment milestones will be set based on your wedding date:
For weddings more than 12 months away, payments are due 12 months and 3 months before the big day.
For weddings within 12 months, the 2nd payment is due 30 days after booking, and the final payment is due 3 months before the wedding.
You can also develop your own payment plan by sending smaller amounts prior to the due date.
