How many guests can The Glade Venue accommodate?
We can comfortably host weddings ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations of up to 175 guests. Our flexible spaces ensure each event feels personal and well-tailored.
Is there an option for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies?
Absolutely! We offer beautifully maintained outdoor ceremony space for those who dream of exchanging vows amidst nature, as well as elegant indoor spaces to cater to any weather condition or theme.
Catering
Do you provide in-house catering services?
No, however we do have an exceptional recommendation if you don't already have a caterer in mind. SoCo Smokehouse and Catering provides exceptional catering tailored to your taste and dietary requirements. Their talented chefs are adept at crafting menus that will delight you and your guests.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Absolutely, we understand you may have personal preferences. We welcome external caterers as long as they are licensed and insured, ensuring they meet industry standards of quality and service.
Booking Your Date
How far in advance should we book The Glade Venue?
To ensure your preferred date is available, we recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 15 to 18 months in advance. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so secure your spot at The Glade Venue soon!
What is required to secure a booking?
The first payment of $1,080 and a signed contract are required to confirm your date. The 2 remaining payments are equally split and due at 12 months and 90 days prior to your wedding. Please feel free to send smaller payments effectively creating your own payment plan. Our team is committed to making this process as seamless as possible, providing clear guidance every step of the way.
Planning
Do you offer wedding planning services?
No, we are not wedding planners. We do, however, offer our booked couples a 50-page resource guide to help walk you through all the big decisions you will be making for your wedding day. As an added perk of booking with us, 3 months prior to your wedding day you will be given access to our online day-of planning tool that will help you organize and detail the events of the day.
If you feel like you need an experienced planner to offer partial or full planning services, helping you from inception to the big day, we can recommend trusted vendors to complement your vision.
Are there any restrictions on decorations?
We encourage creativity and personal touches at The Glade Venue but have some restrictions to ensure safety and preserve our beautiful venue. Our staff will gladly discuss what’s possible to make your dream wedding a reality.
Setup & Day-of-Event Questions
When is setup allowed on the day of the wedding?
Setup typically begins on the morning of your event. However, we provide flexibility based on your specific needs and scheduling. We'll work closely with you to ensure everything is just right.
Is there an on-site coordinator for the wedding day?
For your wedding, we will have a 2-person team onsite all day. We are not coordinators but rather helping hands should you need assistance with anything. Will be available throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day.
Can the venue assist with guest accommodations?
While The Glade Venue does not offer on-site accommodations at this time, we can recommend nearby hotels and inns for your guests.
